In the lead-up to the 2018 FIFA World Cup, Theresa Tran joined The Players’ Tribune to help launch its first-ever Global Edition, expanding the media company’s international presence and audience reach.

Tran oversaw the “WC32” initiative—an ambitious storytelling series featuring 32 athletes representing each of the 32 national teams in the tournament. The campaign spotlighted authentic player voices and localized narratives across key global markets.
