Heron Preston originally rose the streetwear ranks as a co-founder of the influential brand Been Trill, working alongside Virgil Abloh in those heady days of long-sleeved graphic tees. But he's an accomplished designer in his own right, and in the last few years, Preston has been no stranger to working with unlikely partners in the sake of fashion. (Just see his 2016 collaboration with the New York Department of Sanitation.) His latest project is perhaps his most unlikely yet: teaming up with Ugg to make a much-maligned shoe cool enough that stylish dudes will want to wear them.
