In 2017 ICNCLST worked with the executive marketing team at Levis to devise a go-to-market plan and creative business case for Levis to enter the skate and surf market--as a formal commercial venture/category. This engagement merged quantitative and qualitative research data, with an overlay of directional brand design explorations--as well as potential range plans, and BTL/ATL creative.

To celebrate the opening of Levi’s largest flagship store in the world in 2018, ICNCLST selected 13th Witness and Futura to participate in a comprehensive customization event for VIPs. Customers could take advantage of direct-to-garment printing capabilities, utilizing preloaded photos, images, logos, and text designed by Futura, photographer 13th Witness, graphic designer Happy Noise, and visual artist Cey Adams — offering custom pieces and exclusive designs.

During Art Basel Miami 2019, ICNCLST partnered Futura with Levi’s for an immersive event in Wynwood. Futura’s artwork, alongside artists Shepard Fairey, Gianni Lee, and Omayhra Mota, hosted product customization sessions that were made available at the Tailor Shop and Design Studio With Future Finish.

Later in 2019, Futura traveled to Shanghai for the Innersect Festival. Here, alongside Van Ness Woo and Jahan Loh, the three creatives conducted a panel discussion and offered their assets and icons for a customization experience for consumers. Timeless Levi’s icons, such as their Trucker Jacket and 501 Jeans were available for customers to adorn the artists’ designs atop.
